This past summer I attended the MACAY Gardens’ annual garden-to-table fundraiser featuring a 5-course, $400 gourmet brunch. It was such a success that I decided to create a menu for it that would be easy, delicious, and not require a lot of time or effort. I knew I wanted to use the fresh ingredients from the garden to create the menu as they were meant to be eaten.

Here’s the best part. I made a little list of the ingredients I needed to bring to the brunch. Then I made a list of all the various recipes I needed to prepare during the event. The list didn’t take up more than 15 or 20 minutes, and I got some really great stuff that I can’t wait to share with you.

I am so excited to share this with you. I am going to be sharing this with my friends, family, and my blog followers. This is going to be a really successful event, and I think you will find it to be a lot of fun.

I will be bringing a bunch of my favorite drinks, food, and desserts. I am also going to bring a bunch of my friends, all of whom I think are super talented chefs. I will even be bringing some of my favorite cocktails for you to try.

Like I said before, Maclay Gardens is a party, and it’s a party that everyone who comes will remember for a long time to come. The people who come with me will be the ones that will be able to remember it forever. I think that’s the best part.
