I’ve been in this profession for a long time. I’ve been designing homes, building houses, designing new construction homes, and renovating homes. I’ve worked with hundreds of different types of people. I’ve designed and built one home in one year. I know what it takes to build a really great home. I know what’s going on in the home-building process. I know what it takes to make a good-looking home.

That last one is a phrase that I use quite a bit. I actually have no problem sharing my knowledge with others. I take my knowledge seriously because I work in the industry. But a lot of people ask me if I have any experience building houses. I’m not a real expert on realtors, so that’s what I do. I’m a realtor to the core. I’m not the best at it, but I’m a lot better at it than just about anyone else.
