There are basically two types of yoga. There is a yoga class that you do and there is a class that you do yoga in. I would recommend that you choose that which you enjoy the most. If you’re looking for a more relaxing class, there are many yoga classes in which you focus on meditation and focus on being your best self.

After the class finishes, you will be asked to take a minute to fully relax. This is your time to focus on getting your mind on what’s important to you.
