This tandoori chai is my favorite dish of all the things that I’ve used in the past when I’ve been cooking. It was so flavorful! The way it looks on the surface, it doesn’t do anything to detract from the flavor, texture, or color of the dish. But it’s also so flavorful and fresh that it makes it so flavorful and sweet.

Although it’s very popular in India, it’s very often forgotten in China.
