Then, write down three things about yourself that you think are important, such as what you like about yourself, what you hate about yourself, and what you think about most.

After your list of things that you think are important is complete, you can write down three things about your self that you would like to change. Then, take the time to write down three more things about yourself that you think are important, and then take the time to write down three more things about yourself that you think are important. Repeat this process for as many things as you can.

I know what you’re thinking: What’s the worst I can do? Write down things you don’t like about yourself and then write down things you do like about yourself. I’ve tried it a few times, and it never gets old. But if you can’t change everything, you can at least consider changing one or two things.

My personal favorite is to write down every single thing I can think of about myself: my friends, my family, my hobbies, my interests, my likes and dislikes. Then sit down to write out my list of things that I think I should change. Then I take time to think about why each of these things are important about me. Then I write down my list of things I should keep.

So I think I’ve made my list of things I want to change about myself. The thing I keep coming back to is that the thing I really want to change is that I don’t like my face. It doesn’t really matter if I’m wearing a suit or jeans or a long-sleeved shirt, but I’d like to look a little more like I do now.

I always think of my face as the first thing I do when I wake up, so I could see myself waking up with a face like that. It could be that, though, that it is also the face I look in photos. I don’t think that’s the case, though.

I think you might be right. I think the face I look in photos is more of a reflection of how I dress than my actual face. Its more about how I feel (which also includes the fact that I’ve never had a decent, healthy diet) that determines how my face looks.
