A few months ago we featured a recipe for the most delicious tomato pasta dish on the blog. Somerleyton Hall is a restaurant located in East Texas. It is a local favorite for those looking to experience the unique flavor of the area. I couldn’t resist a recipe that involved some simple ingredients from the home.

We’ve had a lot of fun with this recipe, especially since it’s perfect for a lazy Sunday afternoon. The first thing we did was throw some pasta into a big pot with a big bunch of mushrooms and onions. We added some of the most delicious garlic and tomato sauce we’ve ever made and topped it off with some of the best Parmesan cheese.

We then poured in a few bottles of red wine and the rest of the ingredients in the big pan. The pasta and sauces were the main reason we decided to make it. The garlic and tomato sauce is a great base for pasta sauces and the garlic and red wine adds a nice acidity and flavors the whole dish.

The pasta itself is great, but I like the fact that it’s made with real pasta. The mushrooms would have worked better as a side dish but I think the sauce is the real standout. The sauce is nice and thick which helps the mushroom add a lot of flavor and texture to the dish as well.

I think the best compliment I can give to dish is that it is very similar to what I could have had with my parents. They would have loved it.
