We could feel the energy of the class coming into us and the way the instructor was teaching us and showing us each different way of how to sit, and how to move. And we could see that we could do it, even when we were in autopilot.
To be honest, I’m not sure that this video is meant to be a big part of our conversation with you. It’s just that if you are a huge yoga master and you’re doing yoga, why not take some of the stuff out of the video and do it? It gives the instructor a lot of space, but it doesn’t really give you the same kind of power that we have with the class.
