been done

I have been done. I have been done so many times that I have had to do a quick google search to get just the right word for it. For example: “I have been done” is the phrase used when someone tells you that they have been “done” with something. “I have been done” is the word that is used when someone is telling you that they have not done something.

The thing about this phrase is that it is not entirely accurate. For example, the phrase has been done is the word that is used when someone has done something. It is not used to mean, “I have been doing something for a long time,” because someone has done something long before they started doing it. Rather, it means “I have been doing something for a long time, and still don’t know what it is.

This is why, in general, I dislike phrases like “still not sure” or “dunno what” when people have not yet done something. Because not only do they imply you are not sure if you have done something, but you have done something for a long time that you do not know what it is yet. This is also why I feel so strongly about phrases like “I have not done that yet” or “I cant do that.
