It doesn’t mean that we should be totally in denial about our health, but can we be more aware of how we feel and its the same way with some of our behaviors…

I’m just thinking about the whole feeling of wanting to be free. The word “free” is pretty broad but as you can see, the word is in many ways more than that. If you’re not aware of how we feel, then it’s probably because we’re too sick to get up at night and put on a little bit of exercise.

There are two key aspects of the word “freedom” that are key to the feeling of being free: being able to choose how we feel and be able to choose to feel. In one sense you can only choose to have certain feelings, but in a different sense you can choose to be free in ways that are more than just that.
