The El Sol Club is a weekly event at the El Sol Restaurant that focuses on providing the community with delicious, locally sourced, sustainable seafood. El Sol is a member of the El Sol Group, which means the restaurant is a member of the Sustainable Seafood Alliance. Together, they have been working in partnership to create a healthy, enjoyable, and sustainable seafood experience for the community. The El Sol restaurants are available for purchase for a nominal fee.

El Sol is a great place to grab an oyster if you’re hungry, and that’s just what the El Sol Group is trying to do with the oysters.

I find it interesting that there are no El Sol restaurants in San Francisco. I’ve never been to Seattle, Portland, or any other location that has a seafood restaurant with a sustainable seafood menu like El Sol. It’s a great place to grab an oyster, or a small plate of their famous seafood pasta.

The El Sol Group is a small sustainable seafood restaurant company that sources its seafood from farms in the Pacific Northwest. They also source their oysters from nearby oyster farms. Oysters are a great source of protein, and are great for a weeknight meal because they stay fresh for up to 2 days.

El Sol is the first restaurant in Portland to open a oyster farm, and now you can get it at all of its other locations.

Oysters are great because they keep their freshness for up to 2 days, so they’re great for people who like to go out on the town on a Saturday night. (And yes, I’m aware that oysters and seafood is part of the same family of cuisine.) As with all of our other seafood picks, we’ve picked a few oyster farms that are doing their part to help save the oceans.
