So I have an endogenous control positive mean that I can control my own emotions and feelings any time I want to, even if it’s for the day. That in itself is one of the most important things you can do for your own self-control. How much control do you have over your thoughts and feelings? Let’s take a look at an example.
The problem with the first example is that if I want to make a connection between my thoughts and my feelings I can’t do it. It’s a little more complicated than that, for one thing. I don’t really want to play the victim, I don’t think it’s a threat to me, or I’m too busy worrying about a bad night or a cold, so I can’t control my thoughts.
That’s where the meaning of “endogenous control” comes in. It says we have to do something to stop our own thoughts from getting in the way of our feelings. As a rule though, we are able to control our thoughts. In fact, if we are aware of what’s going on in our mind and our feelings we can often control our thoughts. We can stop them from getting in the way of our feelings, and prevent them from controlling our thoughts.
Well we can control our thoughts. We just need to realize that thoughts are only thoughts. Thoughts are just thoughts. That means we have control over our thoughts. But we don’t have control over our feelings. We can’t stop our feelings from controlling us. So we just have to learn to control our feelings.
How can we control our feelings? When we are afraid, or something that we are afraid of, or something that our feelings are strong in, it is important to learn how to control our feelings.
Emotions are usually triggered by fear. Our feelings are triggered by fear. But fear is an emotion, but there is no emotion within a fear. So the only thing that we can control our feelings from is the emotional responses that we do. But we cant actually change the thoughts that are involved. We cant change the thoughts that are involved in fear.
So we have to learn how to control our emotions from the emotional responses to things. Because emotions, emotions are not something that we control. Emotions are something that we learn to control.
Some of the emotions are more powerful than others. For example, we have to control our anger when the people with the most anger are at us. Because our anger is the only emotion the world has, we have to control the level of anger. We don’t know the levels of anger and anger at you, we have to control the level of anger. We also have to control the level of anger when we are angry or angry at someone.
So how do you control anger? Well it’s more complex than just being angry. Most of the time the emotion you are most angry about is related to something in your life that you have done that you are most angry about. In other words, you can control your anger not only by making sure you do not do something that causes you to be angry, but by doing something that is beneficial to you. In this sense, you can control the level of anger.
When we become angry, our body temperature rises as our hypothalamus activates our sympathetic nervous system. This activates the fight or flight response. The fight or flight response is often accompanied by adrenaline and other substances that are released into our body to protect us from danger. This is exactly the same thing that happens when we are angry. However, anger is an emotional state and we cannot feel fear so we cannot release the fight or flight response.
