I know all I need to know to make a good meal is a good oven, a few good ingredients, and some patience.

I don’t use chili powder, as I think it makes the chili taste overly spicier. I use a traditional chili powder made in Mexico, which is a ground chili pepper mixed with a little cumin and turmeric. The recipe calls for just about everything to be in there.
