Since I have been a yoga (a/k/a Pilates) instructor for years, I see that my students have a tendency to want to push themselves past their comfort zone. I feel that I should offer something that is more like the “real” yoga. I don’t mean a yoga class that is a little more challenging, but a class that can be a bit more forgiving of body weaknesses.
Gravity Yoga has been around for a while now, so you may have heard of it. I would even go so far as to say that it has become a very popular class in many gyms. It’s a class that is built on a modified system of Pilates, yoga, and Pilates-yoga that allows the students to move in a way that feels just slightly more comfortable than the typical Pilates classes.
I was very excited when I heard about gravity yoga back in May when I attended a yoga retreat in the Bay Area. At that time it was just a class, but I was so excited to get to try it out for myself that I was pretty sure I’d never want to leave.
The class is very unique. The instructor, Stephanie, has created a unique system of movement that she uses to help students feel more comfortable and confident in the class. Although it is very challenging to learn the moves, the class has so far been very fun to do.
If your goal is to learn the moves, then I suggest you stick to the class if you can, because the moves are challenging. Otherwise, you’ll be much better off doing something that is a little bit more easy. The class has a lot of variations, all of which are very challenging. I personally prefer the class with the yoga ball (see link below).
I know many of you love the yoga ball. I like the fact that they have a lot of flexibility and are very strong. I like how they don’t take up much of the floor space. I like how it’s pretty light weight as well, so they can be easily moved around. I think it’s great that the ball moves so freely. I think the students are having a lot of fun, and their movements are really well choreographed.
The class is great, and I think the quality of the moves are top notch. The students are doing a lot of stretching, and that is a huge part of the class. I think the students are having a lot of fun. This class is probably just as challenging as the yoga ball, but I can’t wait to go back next month.
This is one of the most exciting things we’ve seen in a long time. We are going to try to bring the world to a happy future.
Like many people, I was intrigued by the idea of doing yoga. But I have to say, I was pretty nervous about doing the class. Of course, I have a big ego. I didnt want to screw it up, and I didnt want to mess up anything. But I did what I did. And it made me feel great.
