As a professional in real estate and in private real estate in the greater metro area, I have had experiences with some of the worst tenants I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. These tenants were not only rude, disrespectful, and not at all professional, they were also very bad actors. I can tell you that every one of them was bad actors that I would have never have recommended.

They used to be bad actors, but now they are merely bad actors. At least that’s what I was told several years ago by my real estate agent. While I still have my real estate agent as my “go to” realtor, I feel like she is no longer my go to realtor because I work with the real estate brokers in our area, and they are not to my liking.

That’s why I no longer recommend using real estate agents to list your home. There are too many bad actors who will only list your home if you hand them your credit card and give them a deposit check to start the process. I also feel like I am not as good as my realtors because I have to have the same amount of trust and faith in them as my realtors.

The realtor who you use is no longer your realtor. They are now your agents. They are the ones who will actually be showing homes in your neighborhood. You have to trust them to list your property, to show your property, to represent you in any legal matter, and to take you seriously if you want to sell your house. All of these are things that you can’t do on your own. This is why I no longer recommend using realtors.

The question of whether a realtor is someone you can trust is not the same as the question of whether a realtor is someone you can be emotionally sure of. A realtor is someone who is trying their best to represent you, and for whom you may feel at least some level of trust.

One of the first things that you need to know about a realtor is that they do not represent your property. They are a third party and cannot represent any properties that you are the owner of. They are not a “real estate agent” in any conventional sense of the word. They are an intermediary, who is in charge of selling your house to prospective buyers, and so they will not have a vested interest in making sure that the sellers of your house do not cheat you.

Well, we are in a real estate industry. We are brokers. As such, we are in a position to know that houses are not the property of most people. As such, we are in a position to know that we are not representing the property of all of the people in the world.

Just as in any other real estate market, it is impossible to tell who owns a property unless you can prove it. In an auction, you can see who owns the property, and also see who is the highest bidder. In the real estate market, you cannot see who owns something unless you can prove it, and you can’t prove it unless you can prove who is the highest bidder.

Most sellers don’t want to be the highest bidder, so to prove who the highest bidder is, you need to build a very large and expensive billboard. I guess the only way to prove it is to build a huge billboard, but it is a lot of money. To prove that the highest bidder is the seller, you need to put up a billboard at least 10 stories high.
