This past summer I attended the MACAY Gardens’ annual garden-to-table fundraiser featuring a 5-course, $400 gourmet brunch. It was such a success that I decided to create a menu for it that would be easy, delicious, and not require a lot of time or effort. I knew I wanted to use the fresh ingredients from the garden to create the menu as they were meant to be eaten.

Here’s the best part. I made a little list of the ingredients I needed to bring to the brunch. Then I made a list of all the various recipes I needed to prepare during the event.
