meditate with eyes open

I was in a meditation session once and it was so deep that I had to take my eyes off it and check on my breathing. I couldn’t believe how relaxed I felt. When I came out of the session, I was smiling and feeling pretty confident.

I know it sounds weird, but I think it is one of those things that I just really connect with. If you start meditating and focus on your breath, you stop yourself from wondering why you’re feeling like you’re floating in the middle of a foggy room. And when you’re in that relaxed state, you don’t think about your surroundings. You just feel.

Breathing is really important for meditation, and the easiest way to do it is by just letting your breath in. It can be easy to feel like youre missing something when you’re not focusing on your breath, but this makes it much easier to focus on the sensations in your body. You can focus on the feeling of breathing too, but by just letting your breath move through your body you can focus on the sensations of your breath.

As you are walking through your day, it is easy to get distracted by all the things you have to do, whether it be your morning commute, or the various errands you have to run. With eyes open you can see it all. You can see your breath, your face, your feet, the traffic on the road, and all the other things that can distract you.

Well, that’s what I just said, but that’s only the beginning. There are many other ways to meditate, and I will give you a few of them for now. I will teach you a few different methods, but for now you should simply focus on the sensations of your breath.

One of the easiest and most effective ways of meditation is to focus on breathing. Breathing is the most natural way to focus your attention, and it’s also extremely relaxing. When you feel like you’re in a meditative state, you can focus on your breath by imagining that you are floating, rather than focusing directly on the physical sensation of your breath. For another method of meditation, imagine that you are floating above a body of water and concentrate on the water ripples.

I also like to focus on my breath for a short period of time before going to sleep. I will do this for as long as I can before I go to sleep (which typically lasts about 6 hours).

I know it sounds like the most trivial of meditation techniques (you really just want to be in a meditative state), but focusing on your breath can have a profound effect on one’s sleep. I think it goes back to the idea of dreaming. The same type of dreaming that we all do, all of us who are awake in this world.

As it turns out, the idea that we all dream during sleep is a scientific theory that was first put forth in the late 1800s. The idea is that during sleep we are bombarded with light and sound and are bombarded with ideas, memories, and images that we have been dreaming about so long that we aren’t even aware of them. This then causes a sort of “dream-like” sleep where we sleep without awareness of anything outside our own dreams.
