My friend, author, and food blogger, Dr. J, is a master of the food pyramid. This is a perfect example of what the pyramid is – the first level of self-awareness is the knowledge our eating habits cause. The second level is the knowledge we can control our eating habits. The third level is the knowledge we can’t control our eating habits.

In reality, we don’t need to know how many calories we are eating every day to know how many calories are in our food. We can easily make better food choices by recognizing when we have just enough to satisfy our cravings. It’s not that hard to get better at it with our food.

The pyramid thing is probably not as intuitive as the knowledge we can control. We can control our eating habits through our self-awareness and self-control. But the knowledge we can control comes from the second level of self-awareness. The pyramid is a great example of the third level being the knowledge we can control. We can recognize when we have enough calories. That’s the knowledge we can control.

This is called self-control, and it comes from the first level of self-awareness. We make decisions based on our perceptions, and the truth is there is no way to know what is true and what isn’t, so we can only make decisions based on what we perceive to be true. If we really knew the truth, we would be able to self-regulate our eating habits through that knowledge. We can’t really know the truth, so we can’t control it.

This is the basic rule of self-control, but if we feel we are not in control, we can’t really control anything. We can only control what we can control, which means that we can’t control our eating habits, but we can control our weight, and we can control our sex drive, and we can control our moods, but we cannot control anything else.

Self-control is a hard thing to do because it involves so many areas of our life that we cant really control, and we cant really even control our moods because we cant control our moods.
