This session was my first with a group of women who have a personal practice of yoga. I had never had yoga before and was apprehensive at first, but the class was amazing. We were all so relaxed and comfortable, and the instruction was easy and engaging. I’m not sure if it was the fact that we were all women, or the fact that we were all so relaxed, but I’m happy with the results.

If you’re new to the group, you do very little during your first class. You just follow the instructor’s directions and relax. But after the class, you’re like a sponge. You absorb the information and become a better, more informed, person. You’ll find your own path and your own ways of moving and practicing yoga and getting better at it.
