The apartment that I saw was a duplex. The duplex is actually a three-story townhouse with two of the floors having the kitchen. The apartment is on the second floor.
I love the fact that the apartment is affordable, but at the same time, I love the fact that the place is unique. It is a duplex, but the building is a little weird to say the least. The reason why I’m posting this is because it’s not just a duplex. It’s a “townhouse” because the entire duplex is a duplex. It’s also a “townhouse” because the entire duplex is a townhouse, and the building is a townhouse. There are two townhouses and one three-level townhouse. So it is a townhouse (or “townhouse”) in a town.
