I’ll be honest here: There are a few of us who have a hard time getting out of the habit of “not being fully present”. We tend to have a lot of “mental” stuff going on. I would argue this is not a bad thing, but we need to get back into a more regular and conscious pace. It is good to take breaks, and there are ways to get your mind away from the mental to work on your physical health.
