I’ve been doing this for quite some time now, it’s a very simple form of yoga, and it’s proven to be quite effective for my body. I use this form of yoga to move from one muscle group to the next, and it’s a great way to stretch my legs, my arms, and my neck, all at the same time.
Its a form of stretching that I use daily, but I have only used it once to this point and am curious to see how it will feel on my body. I have my doubts, because while the first 10 minutes do a good job at stretching my arms and legs, they become quite tight for the rest of the class. After the class is over, I will do a more thorough stretching routine on my own to make sure I am stretching correctly.
