While I may be a bit of a fan of the ‘khaani’ type of food, I do have to say that the tarbooz ki sabji is just so tasty that I am making it to eat for breakfast most days. And it’s actually healthy too! I’m not sure I would eat a whole jar of that stuff, but it certainly tastes good.
