The more important questions here are, to what extent are union employees qualified and willing to join a union, and to what extent are they unwilling and unqualified to join a union? We can only guess, but I think it is pretty clear that the vast majority of union employees are unwilling to join a union.
In one of the many videos I have watched on how to be union-qualified, the first step is to look at the qualifications of the job. First, there are no drug tests. Second, the employer is required to have a background check. In the case of the building of a union building, the employer is required to have a background check. That is good, but there is a big problem.

I need to see your id number, is that it?” And I dont mean to offend or be rude, but its kinda like saying, “Hey, I got a job.

This is because the employers want to know if you are a nice person, someone who is a good person, someone who they can trust. It’s a little less creepy that way, since it is still a little creepy that they are going to know that you are not a murderer and an arsonist.

My business is a little different than a regular job, and I want to be able to keep things private online.
