Weirdly do we know that if you go to yoga, it’s usually about the physical part of taking care of yourself. I once had it in my mind that I would want to put my hands on each of the three levels of self-awareness that are so important to me.
I’m guilty of this, but the idea that I could take care of myself physically in any way was a bit of a distant dream. I’d rather deal with my thoughts and my emotions, but I’m not sure I could do that physically to the same extent. Maybe in the long run I’m just not ready to trust anyone with anything physical.
