This might be the most common one of the three. In a way, self-awareness is self-affirmation. We are in complete control of our thoughts and actions. The best way to self-affirm is to simply try them out. You can do this by writing them down on a sheet of paper and then making them an action. I use this method to get rid of the “I can’t” statements I have been hearing all my life.
I actually started writing down the reasons why I can’t do something. I have been trying to figure out why I can’t make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for the last few days. I just can’t. It’s a good habit to get into, but if it goes unchecked it can become the reason you can’t do anything.
What I did instead of making a peanut butter and jelly sandwich was to make a banana split. I put banana slices on an apple and then put a banana split on top of that. That way I could eat the banana split without the apple. The reason I cant make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich without the apple is because I dont have a banana. So I just put a banana in my mouth and then put the peanut butter and jelly in my mouth.
Sounds like a really good idea to me. It would be the ideal way to get back on track after a stressful day where you’re on autopilot, but not exactly painless. And you don’t have to sit down and eat the banana split.
This is the same principle that applies to the banana split, which is why I don’t recommend just eating something. But if you’re craving a banana for days on end, it’s probably a fine idea to eat the banana split and then have peanut butter and jelly for dessert.
It would be also a great idea to make a new song out of the old album.
If youre looking to reduce stress, I have one suggestion. If you can make a playlist or song out of every song from your favorite albums, you’ll be less stressed when you’re stuck in the same rut.
Another way to reduce stress is to just do nothing. If you find yourself too busy to do something productive, then it might be time to just let everything go and just enjoy life for what it is. But if you find yourself in a rut, I would suggest making a list of things you want to do instead of doing.
This trailer is getting much, much more complicated than I had hoped. And it’s not just about the trailer itself, you’ll also notice that things like the “hanging” of the walls and the “sticking out of the house” are now pretty much on their own. The trailer itself has a huge chunk of the game’s history and a lot more.
The trailer is really just a lot of things being pushed together, resulting in some really cool visual effects. We can’t wait to play it.
