This sara underwood naked yoga video is a very short one but it is one of my favorites. I like the variety of moves in this video because it teaches you how to do different kinds of movements and variations of movements in a very relaxed way, which is something I wish I could do more of.

If you can do a standard V pose, you can do this one. The reverse V pose is a variation of the standard v pose, with the emphasis on doing the pose in reverse. Doing it the other way, well, its not really really different. That is to say, the difference is in the manner in which you do it. In this case, in order to do the reverse v pose, the way you do the v pose, you do it in a reverse order.

By doing it in reverse order, you are able to do the reverse V pose more naturally, which is great. The reverse v pose is, in fact, a great pose, and one that makes it easier to do the reverse V pose. If you can do the reverse V pose, you can do this one.
